We are going to a Dinner Celebration for a birthday of a friend. It is being held at an All You can Eat Buffet type restaurant. There was a time, I would be in Heaven to be able to have all those different foods at my disposal,,,, it was a pleasure. Now, it is a bit of a "trial" for me. It does give me the opportunity to make choices that will make the dinner one I won't regret. It is always a reminder that food will always be a challenge for me, but it is a challenge I can handle. I feel confident that I will have a wonderful time and come away happy with my decisions. I hope each of you as a wonderful Saturday.. hugs to all!
