May 1st week challenge blog, May Goals

When I look back on April's goals. I have to admit I didn't set any. I joined the April Challenge without any goals in mind other than needing to get my butt back on track. I knew that with the help of my friends here on the BSG Challenges I would be able to do that. I did get back on track and lost 2lbs in the process.
Ecercise goal walk either a mile to 2 miles a day weather permitting. On bad weather day get my cardio in with Just Dance 3 30 minutes a day.
Nutrition stay within my calorie range low end of 1200 calories and keep my carbs down to 137g per day.
Lose 4lbs this month.
Build up my stanima so I can extend my walking distances.
Trying to keep my goals simple this month so that i can hopefully reach them.
