I'M FINALLY MAKING TIME FOR ME AND IT FEELS GOOD.

. EXERCISING GIVES ME AN OUTLET FOR STRESS. I JUST PUT ON MY HEADPHONES, CRANK UP THE MUSIC AND ZONE OUT EVERYTHING. I FORGOT HOW GOOD IT FEELS TO JUST FORGET EVERYTHING. OF COURSE I STILL HAVE TO PUSH MYSELF TO GO TO THE GYM (I CAN THINK OF 100 OTHER THINGS TO DO WITH MY 2 HOURS) BUT ONCE IM THERE I AM COMMITTED TO MAKING IT COUNT.
