Today was quite the day. When I woke up my legs didn't hurt quite so much as they did yesterday but then I went to crossfit again....... and spent the rest of the day as a gimp. ha ha but now that its the end of the day it feels like the good kind of hurt and not so much just pain. Feel like I'm doing good on my food. Excited for a break this weekend.

FOOD:
whole egg
2 egg whites
turkey sausage
whole wheat bread
peanut butter
honey
taco salad
smart ones santa-fe rice and beans
mango strips
peanut butter cookie

EXERCISE:
Crossfit day 2
2 miles of limp/walking the dogs

Excited to see some results after working so hard. :) and excited to start feeling stronger!
