Having depression has its moments. I'm sitting here feeling like crap, when I should be shouting for joy. You can't explain why you feel this way, you just do. You bust out in tears for no apparent reason, and people around you just don't get it.
Times like these when I want to find my corner, crawl up in it and disappear. Maybe one day the medical field will know how to cure it. Medicines work, until your body becomes use to it.
Well until then I will fight it every time.
I will beat it.
I will,
Keep Smiling

From things I've read, that's one of the keys to depression - that it isn't necessarily connected to depressing things happening in one's life. It can hit when everything in life is going "perfect".

    Hello & Bonjour,
i want to thank you for posting on my page, and thought I visit yours. i have some experience in depression, i think , mine is caused by "situations" that i can"t get a hold on .. like when my first marriage was falling apart, and he did not care.

As it goes.. God opens windows ... its true!

So my , unprofessional advice , is to dig deeper.. is it a situation that is causing these feelings , what kind ?? about you, your body, your life choices ?? or is it money ?? work ?? all these things count , and can add up !!

let me know, if I can do anything to help u

You have such a pretty smile, I'm sorry you can't wear it all the time. You have all of us sharing with you, so shouldn't that make your share a little lighter? If there's anything we can do, you know...holler.

emoticon I have been where you have been. There's no rhyme nor reason. I know how it is to feel so helpless. The best thing you can do is to share it, instead of keeping it to yourself. Stay strong and keep fighting!

emoticon I'm glad you are in the 100 day challenge for the summer! I look forward to getting to know you and making some positive changes in our lives. You are will beat this. One of my favorite quotes is from the movie "Castaway" where Tom Hank's character says “I know what I’ve got to do. I’ve got to keep breathing. Because tomorrow the sun will come up …and you never know what the tide might bring in.”

Keep fighting by reaching out and sweeping those clouds from the path of the sun.
I do understand your battle. that place stops and visits often and it is a war some months to rid myself of it's presence.
    Keep fighting.
    You're worth it.
