I went 200 calories over my limit today. Darn, those birthday treats from students. Nice kids, though. : )
Yesterday I was so tired. The only premeditated exercise I got was during my lunch break. Cardio was a no-go.
Dragging was the word for this afternoon, too. Only I bounced back this evening and did my fitness walking and cardio.
A good Friday, overall.
