I have my weigh in tomorrow. I only weigh myself once a week.. and I have been paying very close attention to how I am feeling. I learned alot the last time!

Stress can really kick you in the "you know what".
I am not worried about the lbs lost tomorrow - I feel so much better after two weeks of eating healthy.
I like feeling healthier, and not having that horrible self shame feeling I had.
I have been re-reading my blogs..and my friends blogs from the past year and a 1/2. I am just picking up where I left off.. yes I gained back some of that lost weight - but inside .. I am still the same. I know how to do this!!
