Bottom line is I'm still feeling crummy, but took a walk and commit to 10 mins. dancing later. We'll see how much I end up doing.

    You need to rest girl. Very proud of Nicolas and his grad from preK. You need to rest. Commitment is fine but, it won't help you if your laid up with fever and well you k no whwat I mean. Thank you for my spark goodie. Ironically I have ordered a hoop from etsy. I am so excited. I will let you know how it works out. I think my hoop is not big enough for me so I made sure to order a big one from them. Wish me luck. The vlog was not boring it's kinda cool. Nicolas is a trip. Love the Dr. Seuss quote lol. Rest, get better, and hopefully see you in class on Sunday. emoticon emoticon
