bfst---1/2 a multigrain waffle, plain (my kid's leftovers!) coffee with ff half and half
snack--light cheese stick
lunch--a ff greek yogurt, with 2 kiwis, strawberries, and mango. 100 cal pack of almonds.
snack--a buncha jelly beans. 1 chocolate munchkin.
dinner--giant plate of brown rice and veg with a bit of scrambled egg (fried rice).
