Frustrated

My weight is comming off, but very slowly. Well slower than Id like. I was able to do this before. I lost 50 lbs in 6 months. It was great! but my husband was deployed, which made it so much easier to make healthier foods. And I was nursing my daughter, which uses 500 extra calories a day lol, better than most exercise routines.
This time is much slower.
I have stayed in my calorie range most days, I have not gone over once, but I do have a problem with being under. I eat small meals 5 or 6 times a day. I dont feel hungry, but I tend to finish supper and realize Ive only had 1000 calories all day. Thats just a little low for me.
I also need to work more on drinking water. I am so very addicted to soda, and when I have it in the house, I forget to drink my water. I know I feel better when I have my water, I just tend to not do it. So I am going to start working on drinking more water, and while I never thought I would have to say it, Eating more.
When you are addicted to something, its easier to get rid of it all together, than to keep it in moderation. I think I am doing the same thing with food, its all or nothing kind of mindset. maybe, anyway?

Hang in their Audrey. You don't want to lose the weight too fast. I find I have problems with eating too much chocolate if its in the house. So, I don't even buy it anymore. It may be you can do the same thing. Jus don't have pop in the house. Even diet pop can cause you to gain weight. If you have kids, they don't need it either. My three sons are grown and none of them are very fond of pop. They'll drink water for the most part and gatorade when their working out. It's worth a shot.
