hi all, thought i would let ya know what i did the other night.
i was looking through all the exercises that this great site has and realized . ILL NEVER REMEMBER HOW TO DO THEM WHILE AT THE GYM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ... so i made one up for myself.
I went through all the exercises that looked like i could do with my knee issue.. and copied, and pasted them into a word document. then added a couple lil pics for encouragement... front page says it best. ONE POUND AT A TIME.. i added a place to write the date and reps and how many sets i did, and if it a exercise that requires a weight or a medicine ball i added that too. it also allows me to record once i get home...
