I've had a tough last few weeks of work and been struggling a lot with my eating issues and feelings of guilt for cheating, etc...
Yesterday, I met up with my nutritionist for the 2nd time and she could see that I was "all over the place" (in her words) with my eating. But, she said it in a nice non-judgey way that I really appreciate her for.
Anyway, she does a sugar-detox plan that's basically exactly like the Whole Living Challenge/Cleanse that I started in February. So, I'm for REAL back on the Challenge, but this time being supervised and I think that's going to help me stick through it all the way. By the end of May, I expect a 100% improvement on my cravings for sugar and alcohol. And, I'm hoping to reach my April goal, which I've reset as my May goal. But that'll be a tough stretch.
I'm working out a ton, recently, though. And that has my mood up and my determination up. I hope that that helps me through this Detox and gets me to my goal of 189 by the end of May.
