I put together a full workout today, and it was just body weight, and resistance bands.
I started with alternating back rows, with leg lifts.
rows: 60( 2 bands) X 10
10 leg lifts
rows: 60( 2 bands) X 10

rows: 60( 2 bands) X 10
I need to work on the rows. It is awkward. I put the connector in the door, and sat in a chair. I can increase tension, by moving it back, or adding a band. Leg lifts were easy on set one, but set two was not fun..lol. I haven't done abs in years.
Next I alternated biceps curls and calf raises on the steps in the hall:
biceps curls: 30 X 10
calf raises: 15
biceps curls: 30 X 10
calf raises: 15
biceps curls: 30 X 10
It is hard to isolate the biceps. I may switch to one arm at a time. Calf raises were awesome.
Last I did some squats. It took a while to get my balance, but after the 3rd set of 10, my thighs were burning. It has been a while since I did legs.. I had a hernia operation in 2006, and since then, I have avoided leg presse, and abs, so these were real hard today.
I am sweating now, and I think I am really going to feel it tomorrow. Of course I have the other half of my body to do tomorrow.
