Hello,
First, i will start saying APril was bad!! first two week i did good but last two week school and stress took over!! It was just downhill.. Hoping to pick up this month..
April goal's review
- Drink at least 10 cups of water every day (30 days)
- Exercise at least 60 minutes, 3 times in a week! (first 2 weeks)
- Eat one fruit a day. (10 days)
- Do Insanity DVD at least 4 days in a week!! (first two weeks)
- Do not have more than 7 days off. (I had more than 13 days off)
- Look at this blog every morning for a reminder! ( I had it as my phone wall paper)
- Get more than 1600 fitness minutes!! ( Bad!!! only got 900)
- Do 50 sit-ups a day!! ( first two weeks)
As you can see, April was a bad month.. I am back on track starting yesterday and hoping to see good results this month..
May Goals:
