Having a bad day

Well, did good all week and today fell off the wagon. Over ate my lunch and now can't eat anything else today if I want to recover. This time of the month is hard to fend off the cravings.

HELP! I don't want this to be a forgiven action. Can't sabotage myself this soon in the game.

    if by "this time of the month" you mean PMS..... I totally understand last week now! Normally 1500 cals fills me up just fine but last week, I was starving and over eating a bit...could have been allot more if I wasn't fighting stuffing things in my face!
    So I guess it's not just me...I was going to ask if any one else wants to eat more during "that time"!

    My advice for your day so you don't starve....exercise....even if you just walk, if you can get more exercise than normal you can eat a bit more... maybe you can have supper after all :)

    Maybe some low cal/fat snacks, fruit, vegies....I know not at all what you are craving lol....but it is food and fuel ..... and pack or have ready some good snack for tomorrow if the urge hits.
