So, yesterday. I don't know, I thought I did pretty well yesterday. I didn't really eat the right things, but I didn't overeat, and I didn't binge on sugar or anything. I drank water instead of sweet drinks. So why was I a pound up this morning?

I've gained nearly 10 lbs in the past 6 weeks, and that is a total mystery. I am eating the same, but I'm actually more active, and I'm on thyroid meds now too -- so I have more energy and less cravings for sugar and caffeine. Why have I gained this weight? I really don't know, but I SUSPECT that it's got something to do with the fact that I know I need to lose it, and I had a deadline that is swift approaching, and those two things combined are causing me to eat more without realizing it. That's the only explanation I can come up with.

I don't think I'll weigh tomorrow morning, I really should keep it to once-a-week.

    I don't weigh I measure. I like that idea better! because muscle weighs more than fat! Keep it up your will figure it out! emoticon
