May So Far

I have been doing pretty good in May. I have been watching what I have been eating and I have been exercising regularly. I have also started chair marching. Whenever I sit at the computer, I do the chair marching to keep myself moving. I will say that if you do it right, you can definitely feel it in your abs. I am going by the philosophy that doing something to move is better than doing nothing.
My exercise goal for May: Get in at least 30 minutes of movement each day no matter what type of movement it is. That includes chair marching on rest days. I spend so much time at the computer that it is stupid not to do it.
I have been using portion control. If I order a sandwich, I eat half of it and take the rest home and use for a meal the next day.
My nutrition goal for May: Cut out the pizza. Continue with portion control. Continue with healthy snacks and eating at even intervals.
Weight loss goals for May: I would be happy to just lose 5 lbs. I know that probably won't happen, but it seems realistic.
My biggest goal for May is just to keep moving. Even on days like this when I don't feel well, I can certainly do the chair marching!
