I know it's late but here is my April uodate. My weight kept going up & down. Nothing much changed. I lost a total of 5 pounds in April. Trying to work harder to get this weight off. My husband is doing much better than I am. His weight started at 218 & now he's down to 184. When I started this diet with my husband, my weight was 301. Now I weigh 282. If I want ro reach my goal, I've got to lose 26 more pound by May 21st. My husband has 12 pounds to reach his goal. You may ask why May 21st? That is when we go on vacation to Myrtle Beach (which is in 17 days). Well better go get ready for work.
