Yesterday, Thursday, May 3rd

09.45am Choc with Hazelnuts -> hungry for breakfast, but didnt have bf until hubby left for work
11.15am ice cream -> procrastination
I had 2 more ice cream that day, but forgot to note the time. It was always because I didn't want to work on my term papers. 'Oh, I could use an ice cream, it is so warm'

Today, Friday, May 4th

01.10pm a whole chocolate bar (125g) . Frustration. I was so frustrated because I lost my temporary appliance and cant go see the dentist until monday.

Looking back on both days, I can't believe how stupid I am, like seriously??? Are those reasons to go snacking? Not at all!!! Hate myself for having no willpower.

    Not stupid, just still learning and improving yourself. Look at it as a chance to become more aware of yourself. You are strong and it will get easier! emoticon

    Just a tip that has worked for me -- Don't beat yourself up for "no willpower" -- instead see if there is some other healthier alternative to stress/anxiety (call a friend, go for a walk, do yoga -- whatever works). We all lapse occasionally, the point is to look for triggers -- and then find alternatives to eating the wrong (unhealthier) foods. emoticon
