It's Friday and time to be thankful for all the blessings in my life!

1.) Only 23 days left of school!
2.) Putting the final touches on the memory book that I'm making for my mom for Mother's Day!
3.) Getting ready to enjoy the weekend with my family!
4.) I have been staying off my knee for a few days to see if it will start feeling better and I think it does. Maybe I'll be able to get back to my walking exercise again very soon!
5.) Because I haven't been able to walk for exercise....I have been doing some strength training instead.

Have a fantastic Friday Friends...you all are soooooooooo important to me!

    Hope your knee is doing better after giving it a rest. Good for you, keeping up with the strength training. My retreat was just what I needed, lots of time to be with God in nature and in quiet. I was very proud of myself that I was physically able to go out on one of the retreat center's bicycles and ride 7-8 miles!

    I enjoy walking. It's one of my favorite exercises. I've also come to decide I like strength training as well. You may find that the strength training helps your knee. It did mine.

    Hehe, I like the last one - hopefully as you get back to walking, you also keep up with the strength training. They do complement each other well. Some leg strength training can even help us avoid future injuries or aches.
