One of my favorite pictures of a smoothie, I want to try. I am going to find different ones, and post how they were and what they were, as I move more into this way of life. The ingredients were vague as far as how much, but the main ingredients were yogurt/raspberries/walnuts. So I guess it's up to the individual how much. You can use something else like a nut milk perhaps for the yogurt, if you don't do dairy.
