My husband's colleagues had a weight loss competition. I am proud to say that he won, he lost 20 lbs and is almost at his goal.
He did it by smaller portions, exercise & not snacking as much as we did before.
His jeans are now too big for him. Will have to get him some 34's. Not 36.
When he was a kid he was overweight and one summer he cut out the junk food and weight trained.
I prepare him a healthy breakfast each morning and lunch & breaks are healthy choices.
It is amazing how small changes can have a major impact.
