Back on track and KILLING IT!!!!!

So after a bumpy April with several weeks of being sick and having low energy I'm BACK ON TRACK! I got my eating back under control and on the right track and I've been attending my weekly cardio kickboxing classes. The scale is once again moving DOWNWARD instead of hovering at the same #!! My energy is up as well as my spirits!!It's so exciting to be back on board full force and see the results! It's only been a couple pounds that have melted off but I'll take it!! I'm gonna work on staying strong through the weekend cuz this is where I tend to mess things up!! Well we'll see what happens! I set a goal of 8 pounds to lose in May and I'm quite sure I can bang thins out if I stay focused!!

    Glad you're better and ready to get agoing again!! emoticon You can get through the weekend just fine!! Just ask yourself before each bite.......will this keep me on track?.....will it blow the work I've already done?.....do I really need this?.......is this healthy or just look good?
    These should help you if you answer them honestly. 8 pounds is a lot! I haven't been able to do that in 16 weeks (yet)! but still working on it!

    @Sparkchantal I laughed so hard when I read your comment!! I weighed in this am and I'm already down 1.2 lbs. for May. Official weigh in isn't until tomorrow morning but I think I can get it done! I've cleaned up my eating MAJORILY the past few days and if I stay consistent through the month I'm quite sure I can pull that # off. In the end if I don't hit it I can at least say I gave it my best :)!! May 31st when I weigh in at 176lbs. I'll be sure to drop a comment on your wall sharing my success :P !!! *The power of positive thinking* LMAO

    8 lbs in a month! i did that once-- in a month in africa, where there was no temptation and one meal a day. good luck!
