So after a bumpy April with several weeks of being sick and having low energy I'm BACK ON TRACK! I got my eating back under control and on the right track and I've been attending my weekly cardio kickboxing classes. The scale is once again moving DOWNWARD instead of hovering at the same #!! My energy is up as well as my spirits!!It's so exciting to be back on board full force and see the results! It's only been a couple pounds that have melted off but I'll take it!! I'm gonna work on staying strong through the weekend cuz this is where I tend to mess things up!! Well we'll see what happens! I set a goal of 8 pounds to lose in May and I'm quite sure I can bang thins out if I stay focused!!
