Daily video -
Yes and no. I did the Cardio Blast kick boxing, which is not the same video I found out. I don't like most cardio videos. I'm lucky if I can walk and talk at the same time. I can't do the simplest moves. I the videos are boring. She's not boring, but I don't like them. I want my headphones cranked with fast paced music and jump around. I did some parts of the video if I was able to do the moves and if it was fast paced enough.
30 minutes cardio 5 days a week
30 minutes with the video
Add my 10 minute ab videos 3 times a week
No, that's a whole long story too. My technology with DVD players is lacking.
Try mixing up my cardio more
Cut down on my sugar
One pop a day...not two
Make decent meals
Try to take my lunch more
Nothing to take again, but did small portions.
Tracking food - I have no interest in tracking food. That's not part of what I'm attempting to do. I might consider tracking the sugar, because that does need to be watched. I'm here for the fitness right now.
I won't have access to the internet starting tonight until Sunday evening. So not sure what I'll be doing about the videos. I think I'll take my dumbells and do arm work, because I can't do what they do in the video anyway. I don't have that kind of resistance band, so I improvise anyway. I'll make the others up when I get back.
