Good Morning; I can experience insight in many ways--while talking with a friend, while reading a book or article, or during meditation, contemplation or dreams. When I am open and receptive to a new way of viewing the world, I am able to gain a wider perspective. By paying attention to insights and shared wisdom, I open to deeper understanding.
If I don't know how to handle a perplexing situation, I ask for guidance by praying: "My Higher Power, what is the Truth about this situation and its right resolution?"

That's very similar to what I do. I ask to "see this differently". And if I am being totally sincere, I do indeed get what I am asking for.

I am on day 76 of a 92 day juice feast and I have had profound experiences that I would never have dreampt possible by staying focused on my program. I am a much better and stronger person than I was before. It's amazing how much you can accomplish when you stay committed.

Congrats to you staying focused also.

I too need to focus on my goal, it seems that I do not face tha fact that I am slowly gaining every pound back that took me 8 months to lose, I have been gaining slower than I lost but I have to start focusing on maintaining, and also getting back to 120, hopefully, I was 117 and that is the correct weight for me at my age and lifestyle, so focus, focus, focus.

Have a great weekend. HUGS, Mary

That's the ticket . . . focusing on being open and willing to other points of view.

Blessings to you and hope you have a good Friday and weekend.
