Yesterday was okay...I worked out for 20 minutes on my lunch break, ate the soup I brought for lunch at around 2:15... and was pretty hungry all day. I definitely didn't pack enough which lead me to snack a bit at work. Dinner I had easy mac with a hot dog...fig newtons...and the rest of Joe's pint of ice cream (maybe 3/4 cup?) Not the best day, but, better than the day before.
We're really low on food, and money... our EBT benefits go through tomorrow for May so we can go grocery shopping. I'm running out of dinner ideas for the kids, as Spencer has started shunning most meat.
Both kids were up late last night (even though they were put to bed early!!) and woke up around 11 pm crying. Chloe isn't feeling well and Spencer always wakes up crying if he doesn't go to bed early enough. It was a tough night. I'm ready for a coffee this morning... and I'd like to blow dry and straighten my hair for a change, too. It takes so long...I guess I should get movin'!
We take Chloe back to her mom this afternoon so I'll have to hit the gym for another 20 minutes on lunch since I can't stay after work. I'm proud of myself for working out every day this week with the exception of Wednesday when I left early. I need to keep it up and keep my calories in check once I get home. I've decided to avoid the scale for as long as I can... it's only been disappointing me lately!!!
