Another Loss

The scale smiled again last night. I lost 1.6 lbs. All my planning paid off. That's the first time for a long time that I have lost three weigh ins in a row. I have increased my fish meals to six a week and I think that is helping with the weight loss. Last week, I had only one beef meal. Beef is my favorite so I really miss having it more often.
Next week's plan is made and I will be shopping for it tomorrow afternoon. There is nothing too complicated for this week's menu. We are having shirataki noodles but a friend got them for me from the city so just had to find recipes on how to use them. I have had them before and quite liked them so they are not new to me.
I have been struggling with drinking enough water but have been successful at getting the eight glasses done for quite a few days during the past week. Not drinking nearly so much coffee these days. That's another small change that I'm working at making. It's not so hard once you really make the attempt to just get it done.
Slowly but surely, I'm getting there. It may be at a snail's pace but it is happening.

    Slow and steady wins the "race"! :) Grats on the loss, again. I'm still trying to recover from the silly mistake I made with my plan when I set a ridiculously easy date for only a few pound loss. It put me at 2300 calories a day or something crazy like that. Didn't eat that of course but went over my optimum calories for loss.
