I am feeling *so much better* than I was earlier. . . . Things were so bad this morning that they were almost scary, but I've persevered. I ate twice my recommended number of calories today, and a majority of that in refined carbs, and barely drank any water, but tomorrow is another day.
To the good: I finally got a handle on a project at work that has been hanging around my neck like an albatross; I got my Wolfhound soundtrack onto my computer via my daughter's iTunes, a USB drive, and my iTunes; I reinstalled the driver for my scanner; I no longer feel like I need to crawl into the smallest space I can and pull a blanket over myself.
I did keep up with other goals: updating my financial software, taking my vitamins, blogging, stretching for at least five minutes.
Today almost put me down, but I came back and kicked it.
