WORK, EXERCISE NO MATTER WHAT.

I was to get the pump set up today that waters the garden and fills the pool. But this old , did I saw old, this young body decided it was going to go into a crash mode. I have been on a fast pace since Saturday and it is time to slow down. I try and go every day and some days do a lot, still pushing to do more. I have always been a go getter and at my age now I still try to do it. I will still continue and if I have to rest one day then that is what I will have to do. I have too much to do around here and also my exercising and walking. I will not get my 20,000 today but I will have my 10,000 +. When you are alone you have to take care of yourself and what you have and I try and maintain my home and property as my husband did. When the rain flooded my front yard people wanted to know why my yard was not like when my husband was alive. And I had at least 5 people stop so I make sure my place is neat and pretty with flowers.

Today I did pull some weeds in the garden and I go and do some every day to keep a handle on it. It was to rain today but it was beautiful out. I walked about 20 minutes out in the sunshine and later at dark I walked on the deck for 15 minutes because it was hot inside. I can't walk all over the yard till I get it all cut because of ticks and in April I had 1 on me. The grass is too tall and they say ticks get in it. My DGD gets bit all summer because they are surrounded with trees. I have some trees in the yard but the woods is about a half of a block away from the house. My dogs bring them in and at night I will find 1 on me in bed after I have had a shower and checked myself. So they are going to have to get checked every day before coming in for the night. I wish they would spray because this area is getting bad.

Tomorrow before I pick DGD up I am going to take the lawn mower over the asparagus and clean the grass out of it and it will cut all the thin asparagus down. I will go over it and get the good ones out first but when I looked tonight there where not many. I haven't done that when they start to grow but the grass and weeds are too many for me too pull and I can't hurt the root because I do it in February too clean the patch out of old grass and the seed stalks. Then I can rake it each week and keep a handle on it.

Well I have to walk 1 more time so now it is midnight and I ended with 13,355 steps, 10.11 miles. My miles timed where 8.85, 65 minutes and 11,921 steps. Not too bad for not feeling like doing anything. All have a great Friday the beginning of the weekend. Have some fun and exercise, eat healthy. God bless you always with his grace.

    REST WHEN YOUR BODY TELL YOU TOO. IF NEIGHBOR ARE COMPLAINING ASK FOR HELP THEY WILL EITHER HELP OR THEY WILL SHUT UP

    Take your rest time when you need it and listen to your body. If it tells you to relax, then go ahead and rest. No need to overdue it and hurt yourself or get sick. You are the priority, the grass and flowers and all can wait a little while until you are ready for it. I worry about you when you do everything.
