Week Eighteen: Hot! Hot! Hot!

Today I did Aqua Zumba, R.I.P.P.E.D. and finished with land Zumba. My legs are for sure tired especially with squats. I think there is only so much my legs can handle. When in R.I.P.P.E.D. It was okay at the start then when we started to do more and more it just burned. I also noticed that my arms were getting wobbly from the weights too. That is my third strength training workout and I'm done for the week. I don't have arms anymore, I have noodles.
With land Zumba there is a tango song that I love doing because it has a lot of tango moves in it and I like to put in little add-ons to it because it's so fun.
I've noticed that I'm hot and sweaty most of the workout but I am not as much as when I started. Before it was horrible, the sweat would just pour off of me and I used my little arm towel the entire time and still I was just a waterfall. Don't get me wrong, I'm still a nasty sweaty thing but not a waterfall.
Normally I don't watch myself in the mirror when working out but tonight I was and I was starting to like what I was seeing. I still have a huge amount of work to do but it was nice to see this strong woman looking back at me in the mirror. It made me feel good.
Tomorrow I have a long workday, split shifts. I will start off the morning with land Zumba then work (of course shower) then go to massage therapy then work more and finally be home at 7am.
Five things I'm grateful for:
1. Sweating (it cools down my body, even though it isn't attractive.)
2. Tango. It's a fun and sexy dance.
4. The healing powers of touch.
