Jinxing it!

Well, after my last post, I didn't last long. By Sunday, I was out of control. Ugh.

But Monday.


Monday has been the start of

1. Drinking clear water
2. Less diet coke
3. Walking again (double walk today!)
4. More mindful eating


It's been four days and I almost feel confident that I'm back.
