Workin IT OUT!!!

Doin pretty good on the workin out. I am losing inches. If only I can lose this stomach and more weight. I probably need to start working it out more .......like work it out in the mornings. It is hard though. Well I pray everyone is doing there workouts and meeting there goals!!! Dont quit and keep moving !!!

    I would say check your food that you track. Some times its really just the food & the sodium that's in certain foods. Try to eat as clean as you possibly can. Meaning more lean proteins, fresh salads, fruits & more veggies. The two hand in equal results. I would say up your cardio up 10-15mins & make sure you are working up a good sweat.

    Hi, I am the same way. I have been at it consistenly & pretty hard for the past 3 wks. I want to stop soooo bad because I feel like Im working out & not getting the results I want. BUT first off that's just a dang on emotion!!! Secondly I know I didn't get this way overnight & its not coming off that way either! Plus I am losing inches as well & I know that is what counts emoticon I try to stay away from the scale or at least only get on it once a week because I can't stand that same number over & over again lol emoticon

    You seem to be doing emoticon working out. The hardest part for me is just getting up & beginning to get moving emoticon Best of luck to you on your journey. emoticon emoticon
