this hasn't always been easy for me. I've been searching for years and years to find a way to be successful and keeping the weight off. I got lucky to find a few great people and we formed a team and then we needed a new place to gather - on line - and I found spark people - it not only gave us a free place to regroup but it gave us so much more. the tools to succeed and more friends to help us along the way. we are all so different with different goals and different ideas. what will work for me may not work for you - but they have help and advise along the way. they give us the tools to find our own path and are there to aide our direction when needed.
so what I'v learned is a way to find my own path - make some lifestyle changes but not to eliminate everything I love - it may not make the extra pounds fall off but they are moving and I'm gaining a healthier attitude and body too. one day at a time - that is my goal!
and then I found that I do enjoy exercise - well, running. I've added that to my list of goals and am making it happen - again a path to my success - one day at a time.
May miles: had 10 ran 5 tonight = 15 total
weekly: had 22 done and ran 5 = 27 - so I already reached this goal for the week yeah!
yearly miles: had 777 to go - ran 5 = 772 left - I do love to see those numbers drop!
I got in all my water today and my eating has been on target - perhaps I'll check the scale on sunday - and see where I am. one day at a time and no pressure to remove the weight fast - I'm liking this direction.
take care of you. and know that your own personal path is just a road that will wind and turn and have a few bumps - but it will be yours - and you can make that final decision before you move forward - you are worth the effort you are making! stay strong!
