I wasn't feeling that great today but wanted to get something in so I tried this:
11-Minute Seated Cardio Workout
This was chosen more out of curiosity than anything. It was more challenging than I thought it would be because you have to really lift your legs to move them when you are in a chair so I think it worked the legs pretty good.
I can't say my heart rate got up there but it was an interesting take on things. it would be good for someone needing to ease into exercise after an injury perhaps.
