Day 14 SP Video Challenge

I wasn't feeling that great today but wanted to get something in so I tried this:
11-Minute Seated Cardio Workout

This was chosen more out of curiosity than anything. It was more challenging than I thought it would be because you have to really lift your legs to move them when you are in a chair so I think it worked the legs pretty good.

I can't say my heart rate got up there but it was an interesting take on things. it would be good for someone needing to ease into exercise after an injury perhaps.

    Just to know that there are seated workouts out there is very reassuring to some people who don't think they are capable of exercise. The streak continues!
