5k training schedule

Inspired by Carly, I've adapted one of Hal Higdon's running schedules to suit my own training.

Sat = speed interval day
Tue = distance day
Thu = timed run

I am going to focus on getting in the miles, at any speed necessary. If I'm not feeling well one day, I will walk the whole thing, but I will stick to the schedule no matter what.
