Yes, I do have a few thoughts!

Thursday, May 03, 2012

emoticon I still need to work on patience after living in that crazy DC Metro area most of my life!

emoticonI have a low tolerance for the "self appointed judges & critics. If you can't support with positive, be prepared for the karma!

emoticonI feel so helpless when a SparkFriend is going through a tough time. I wish I could be there to help them through it!

emoticonI am so fortunate and blessed to have DSSECRETS & GIANNA in my life. I believe they have saved me for the best to come!

emoticonI am so thankful that I have SparkFriends that set the example for me and shine the light! They make me stronger on the journey.

emoticonI have an indescribable feeling when I run. It involves the simple ability that I can run and appreciating the intrinsic values of it all.

emoticon"Ohhh, sometimes I get a good feeling."

That's it! I love running because I can. It was not so long ago that I couldn't. And now I can ... for hours.

I never doubted that you had a few thoughts. I've been in the midwest now for almost 30 years, but it was kind of culture shock moving from the DC Baltimore area.

I vaguely remember that running feeling. Maybe my trainer can get my muscles fixed enough I could try it again. Some day! Being positive is so important and it was really brought to mind last night at dinner when the person who chose to sit beside me had something bad to say about nearly everyone who walked by. Ruined my night! I like to find positive things to say or think about people-it not only brightens their day but mine, too.
