I'm seeing real changes.

For the first time ever in my life, I think I'm seeing actual changes in my natural behavior in reference to weight loss.

On Tuesday I mixed jogging in with my dog walk, and then wednesday I did a work out video in the morning. I am still sore from those things, but I did a liiitttle jogging with my walk tonight anyway, just because I still felt like it. I didn't time myself or make any kind of big deal over it, but I still did it.

Also, tonight, I did end up breaking the cardinal rule of grocery shopping:
Do not shop while hungry and/or without a list.

I broke that rule, but you know what I impulse bought? Produce. I bought a mango, some kiwi, an acorn squash, a butternut squash.
Oh, and some ground turkey breast.

Before my impulse buys have been chips and brownies.

And I didn't even notice I was doing this until I left.

Pretty cool.
