I have really been enjoying the video blogs. Its way more fun to record these then it is to just type them out. Hopefully you guys enjoy watching them as much as I am enjoying making them. Thanks for supporting me!

    i liked the idea of a video blog. You did an awesome job videoing it and you have some set some awesome goals for yourself. I love the idea of downloading the 10 minute ab workout and doing it when it says to do it. You are doing awesome.     I really liked your video blog! I think you have set some great, realistic goals. Getting off of the pop habit is hard but I'm glad it's worth it in the end. We just went cold turkey and never drink pop at all anymore. It's exciting for you to be moving. Good luck on achieving all of your goals this month! emoticon

    What fun watching your video blog. It sounded like you enjoyed doing it. You have listed so many areas of your life - I'm celebrating all the good things you are doing for yourself. And getting to move into a place with more room - that's great too. I'm with you in focusing on eating within my calorie range. Go for it - I know May will be a super month for you. emoticon

    I like this blog! I don't yet have the capability to do video blogs, but I am in awe because having a face and a voice to go with the written part is pretty darn impressive :) Actually, I think it lends weight to what you say because you're willing to show as well as tell about yourself.
Thanks for sharing and good luck with this month. I will push you if you push me!

Amy, I think I am limiting my pop intake to 2 a day. And as far as the 3 mile run, i did the couch to 5k program to build up to it, and I even have my mother doing it right now as well. So maybe you want to look at that.

    I LOVED your video blog, Cassie! You do an emoticon job talking so naturally to a camera. I will have to check out your other ones sometime. I think all of your goals are emoticon ! I am confident you will lose the six pounds this month and get down to 175. I think upping the water will make a big difference for you (and try to limit pop to maybe one a day.) All your exercising is fantastic - I also want to try out pilates, and although I don't think I'll ever do a 3 mile run, I have started to do walk/jogs of 3 miles-I just need to get into a consistent routine of doing them. Good luck with your other goals of reducing spending, getting that extra shift, and packing for your move -that's exciting! We also are moving, but we are downsizing instead. I have to get rid of a lot of the "stuff" I've collected over 24 years of marriage! emoticon
