I wasn't able to track here on my blog for a few days due to my computer crashing. I managed to restore it. Though I am still worried something may be wrong with it. The days I couldn't log on to Spark, I kept a food journal for accountability. I've been exercising every day. It really feels good! Today I stepped up my exercise to include an extra workout. I did:
Hip Hop Abs - (Fat Burning Cardio) - 30 mins
Hip Hop Abs - (Abs Sculpt) - 25 minutes
Breakfast - 3 eggs scrambled w/ red onion, spinach, tomatoes, feta cheese & hot sauce
Lunch - Natural Peanut Butter Sandwhich on whole wheat bread w/ honey & banana slices and an apple
Dinner - to be determined.
