I COMPLETED MY FIRST INSANITY ROUTINE!!

I was scared to do this today. I was thinking what if I hurt myself, or can't keep up with everyone on the screen. I won't lie, it was hard and worth pushing myself through it.
It started out with a warm up which is just as intense as the whole routine. There were moves that I just couldn't do but I kept trying to do them. If I felt pain I stopped or slowed my movements down.
I did learn one thing doing this workout today. I need to keep my CORE ENGAGED!! So many moves you have to use your core and I realized how I wasn't using them. So my goal with this is to see my core get stronger over time.
Tomorrow I will do the next workout. I think I will do it after I meet with my wellness coach at the Y since I don't know what to expect with that tomorrow
IT FEELS GREAT TO EXERCISE AGAIN!!
I am thankful for:
1. My son having the Insanity workout
2. Pushing myself to try something new and different
3. Having my heart monitor to make sure I am in my target heart range.
