The Hubs and I are going to be spending some R & R time in the sunshine in May.... so with the extra leisure time I have I want to ramp up my work-outs and see if I can make some muscle gains. I read an article the other day about a lady who had a pancake butt (like me lol) and she made some real visible improvements with30 intense butt workouts. Think I will give it a try. I'm too chicken to post a before butt pholo... but I'll let you know if I get some results. I also plan on doing some runs and some swimming for cardo. Since doing the Half Marathon last month I havn't done nearly as much running as I should. I've decided I want to do the Las Vegas Rock n Roll Half so now I have something to motivate me. The Vegas HM is during a slowr time at work so won't cause problems there... and also sounds like a lot of fun. The run starts at dusk and you run the Strip! Hope you are all doing well and let me know if you have any good butt exercises yoou think I should try. Spark on!
