Last month, I watched a spark pal complete an April 3000 challenge and was so excited for her. See her final count here:
She's getting ready to do May 5000 and I so wanted to do some challenge along with her but couldn't figure out what was realistic for me but not letting myself off easy. Here's hers:
Irish made a recommendation on my page and while it scares me to death, it also makes me feel excited to be challenged to make it happen.
May 450 challenge:
150 push ups (girly ones to start)
150 crunches (on my ball due to back issues)
My darling Irish, I don't believe I've done 150 of any of these in my entire life! This is so scary! LOL But, as she points out, that is only an average of 5 of each a day. Surely my old couch potato self can do that many!
I'm also pledging to get back to tracking my exercise and food for the entire month of May and continue my walking.
Today, I stop letting myself down and start making my inner brat mind me.
