it has been a few days since i blogged but i am still hangin strong.
i had an awesome elliptical workout. i put it on "variety" setting. wow!! some of those inclines were killers! 30 min and i was really sweating. i wanted to do my jogging but my legs just would not go that fast. so instead, i put it on an incline of 5.5 and walked at 3.5 for 30 min. not a lot, but hey, i have found out thru sparkpeople that i dont have to kill myself to work out. all i have to do is move.
i feel so great today. i am off frid , sat and sund. no major plans and that makes me feel even better.
i had a really yummy smoothie after my workout,. i like to record them in blogs that way i dont forget how i made them. plus, if anyone wants to try them, they are here/
chocolate/banana/ peanut butter smoothie
1/2 scoop choc protein powder
1 tsp red fat peanut butter
1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
1/2 frozen banana
splash of milk
blend and enjoy
