Day 2

I'm really hesitant to record this, for fear I won't carry through with it. Right now, though, it seems appropriate to be accountable here.

Yesterday, Day 2, I exercised twice: one with Nicole's video, which was challenging as always. I also did 45 minutes with Leslie Sansone's video. My goal this month is to have 1000 exercise minutes.

Bonus? The knowledge of how easy that "3-mile" walk is compared to when I started. My arms and legs haven't recovered from carting bags around Paducah, and the familiar exercise is helping me recover.

    Awesome. Just take it a day at a time. Whilst I am great at planning ahead I find that with my exercise I take it a day at a time so that I don't overwhelm myself with the larger goal.

    Go, girl!! I'm doing the Boot camp vid (only once) and keeping with my running program with a couple of extra days of walking thrown in to make 5 days of cardio. That Pilates Abs video was kickin'!

    You are doing great. Carting bags around Paducah.. are you a quilter? Quilters know how to start big projects full of many details and finish. emoticon emoticon
