I'm really hesitant to record this, for fear I won't carry through with it. Right now, though, it seems appropriate to be accountable here.
Yesterday, Day 2, I exercised twice: one with Nicole's video, which was challenging as always. I also did 45 minutes with Leslie Sansone's video. My goal this month is to have 1000 exercise minutes.
Bonus? The knowledge of how easy that "3-mile" walk is compared to when I started. My arms and legs haven't recovered from carting bags around Paducah, and the familiar exercise is helping me recover.
