Thanks to all my wonderful friends for all the support and encouragement from yesterday! It was a hard day for me. Even though I was expecting the gain from TOM, I think my PMS took over. But I was good. Stayed in the low side of my calorie range, I even made a recipe out of the SP cookbook--Cornish Hens with Apple Pecan stuffing. Had to leave out the pecans though, they are made on the same equipment as peanuts. Bubbie is allergic to peanuts, didn't want to take that change. It was good. I liked making the hens but when I do make this again, I want to use a different stuffing. I didn't let my attitude spoil me nutrionally and got 107 fitness minutes in.
I just got back from taking my lil one a bike ride. Which was interesting. Very hot and muggy. Didn't realize there was that big of a hill at the end of the street where we walk. I sure noticed it on the bike though, lol!
Got some storms rolling in tonight. When I pick Evie up from school, taking them straight to Grammy & Papaws for the weekend. There is a 3 day weekend plus she doesn't have dance. Her class was cancelled but mine wasn't so I am going to go. Not going to slack on that! Tomorrow is my dr's appt. Going to see about my knee and wrists.

Yesterdays workout was just one of my spring cleaning projects (which I am still in the middle of) and 30 Day Shred Level 1 day 2. I am taking a break from the 30 day Shred today. A little sore.
