Goals For Day 15 (Walk a Way the pounds)

Kind of tired today so thought I would record my work out and not run my mouth.lol Good thing about this is I kept moving. lol Already did a 11 min chair aerobic and a toning tape so very happy with myself. I wanted to have a long video tape on my blog for me to refer back to when I have progressed to doing an hour of exercise at a time, so please don't feel you have to view it. The video can be found on realage.com or youtube. Love Leslie, she has done a lot to make my exercise experience fun.
Lol at not running my mouth but running my fingers.. hahaha
