I put my stats and goal timeline into one of those online calorie calculators. Apparently my ideal calorie consumption per day is 1758. The only thing is that it was unclear whether I could eat that every day until I hit my goal weight (even when I weigh less than I do now). The activity calculator also wasn't v. accurate. I went for 'light activity.' I work out hard but my job is sedentary. I didn't fit into the categories for activity, so I went with the closest one. Will try and keep 1758 in my mind and see if it makes a diff to have that as a daily target. I have noticed that sometimes, eating more leads to weight loss, which I don't really understand. Other times eating less does the trick as expected.
