We had to go to Costco last night since we hadn't been in a while and were out of a few things. We did pick up some tasty quick-meal foods that will come in handy since I'm going to have to work late some days. They had Amy's bean burritos! I also got spinach ravioli and tomato basil soup.
Dan got toffee. I ate too much of it last night and blew my calorie range. This morning, I had toffee for breakfast. lol. Not the best idea. I had a big glass of milk, but I ate the toffee, tracked the calories, and am hoping Dan kills it before I get home. If I stay away from it I may be able to stick to my range today.
I did get myself a box of Entenmann's "little bites" that are in portion-sized bags, so that will fix my chococravings. There are brownies, chocolate chip muffins, and blueberry muffins. I brought some to work and left some at home. My daughter can eat the muffins too so we'll both have treats handy.
I was down another half-pound the last time I weighed myself so I'm going to keep up with what I'm doing, although my cardio hasn't happened this week. Well, I did some on Sunday but not since! The weather has been foul. I played in the yard with my daughter Tuesday before we had a hail storm but that wasn't for very long. A walk is in order tonight, or if I can sneak off to the workout room at my office I might go for that.
