3. Take My Breaks at Work
4. Drink 6 glasses of Water
5. Get at Least 6000 Steps Daily (Track on My Fitness Page)

    I never take my 2-15 minute Breaks or 1/2 hour lunch.
    But my boss does. I am only robbing myself - and my health.

    Now...take breaks. That's a new one. I agree totally though. We are supposed to have two 15 minute breaks a day, but I never take them. Why? I don't know. I should and I may because you Sparked me! Thanks! emoticon
