I am starting over with spark. I have been away for a while and gained a few pounds back. I am ready to start over.
Get to my goal weight by 6/2 ( My monthly goal weight)
Go to the gym 3 times a week.
Do my Zumba DVD 5 times a week (love it)
Do stregth training 2 times a week.
Drink at least 8 cups of water a day
No fried foods
It's National Salad Month so eat lots of salads this month.
Track all my food
Track all my exercise
Blog on here at least 2 times a week for accountibility.
Last but not least have fun doing it.
